I guess when you travel 'tourist style', you tend to do a heap of walking. On the first day, I walked all around Amersham and checked out the neighbourhood. I was interested in differences in the Australian and British cultures, and the first thing that struck me as being really different was the architecture. I found the houses really interesting and it was lovely to walk around the suburb to see street after street of these funny looking 1940's houses.
